Hi there –
As we roll into summer, I hope you’re taking the time to enjoy some of your favorite things about the season, rather than just letting time fly by. I always try to make a little list of my favorites (yes, I love a list!) so I don’t realize later that I totally missed the things I love about a season or place. Don’t worry, I’m including my go-to RVA list here, but I’d love to hear what’s on yours.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling or just starting to dip your toe into the idea of either, reach out! The market is still moving fairly quickly, but more so in some areas and price ranges than others. Having all your info is crucial to making a good decision and moving in the direction of your goals, whatever they may be.
Today we’re talking about:

🛠️ June Home Maintenance
June is a great time to tackle a lot of those outdoor items, but my favorite? Catching up on that exterior painting- think front door color changes, whole house painting, sprucing up the shed, and more. I just did my front door, and what a wow change to my house for only a couple of hours! One of the best ROI and feel good projects!

There are lots of events in June, but the one I’m most excited about has got to be the opening of the Allianz Ampitheater. I love live music, and prospect of having another, larger, venue in Richmond is so exciting. I’ve already bought tickets to two concerts, and I can’t wait to see who else comes here!

🫛 Yahni, otherwise known as “Greek Festival Green Beans”
Have I talked about my garden recently? (Kidding, since I definitely talk a LOT about my garden- it’s just endlessly amazing to me!) I have green beans coming in, and that totally blows my mind! Anyway, whether you’re using farmer’s market beans, grocery store beans, or even canned, these are delicious! And if you missed the Richmond Greek Festival this past weekend, you owe it to yourself to make them.
