Thinking About Moving to Henrico? Lets Talk.

Cindy Bennett, Associate Broker, ABR, GRI, GREEN

I have over fifteen years of real estate experience focusing my time within the Richmond Market Area. I was born and raised in Chesterfield County and after a few years of moving around now reside in Henrico County. I am extremely dedicated to my job and love to help both buyers and sellers in any way possible. In my spare time, I love to go see live music, indoor cycle, spend time with my 17-year old son (when he lets me), and most recently enjoy spending time with my new puppy, Maxwell. I would love to meet you and chat about your real estate goals and how I can help you achieve them. Let’s talk!

Working With Me

If I could describe our experience with Cindy in one word it would be EXTRAORDINARY! We had the pleasure of being able to work with Cindy as both our selling and buying agent. She was masterful in all aspects of real estate, specifically the art of hand holding. Her knowledge of both the industry as a whole and the local market made the entire process go so smoothly (even in this crazy low inventory, high demand world). She never steered us wrong and in fact was the voice of reason saving us time, money and our sanity!

It’s not always common to enter into a business relationship with someone to then come out as friends, but Cindy is just that, a friend! I would highly recommend her both for her skills (full time realtor/part time mamma bear, therapist, contractor, stager) but also for her the energy she brings to the room. Knowing house buying/selling would be one of the most stressful things you can enter into, Cindy made everything just so easy…and we can’t thank her enough! – Molly H.
