What's Going on in RVA This Weekend! March 15-17 Edition

We’re almost getting into spring festival season here in the RVA! Can’t you just feel it?

This weekend, we have The Mid-Atlantic RV Expo running all weekend long at Meadow Event Park and is a great time if you are in the market for, or just love to look at, everything from your basic “camper” to some seriously blinged out retirement homes on wheels. More info HERE.

On Saturday, March 16, there’s big, St. Patricks’s Day fun to be had!

Shamrock the Block can be found on the Boulevard between Leigh and Broad, Saturday from 12-6! Free event, with lots of (paid) options for food, drink, face painting, bounce houses, bands, and more! Fun for everyone. Want more info? Click HERE!

Want to stick to the West End? Check out St. Paddy’s Palooza at the Innsbrook Pavilion. Loads of family friendly activities, food, drink, and head shaving to benefit St. Baldrick’’s Foundation. 11-5pm. More info HERE!

NEW THIS YEAR!

Blarney Bash at 17th Street Farmer’s Market in Shockoe Bottom!

This event runs 12-6 , and features beers, bands, family fun, and Irish dancing. Easy to continue the party down there, too, if you want to keep the festivities going later. More info on that one HERE.

Loads of bars and restaurants are hosting events and specials, too, so don’t forget to check with your faves if you want to get out and celebrate, grown up/ green beer style!

Siné Irish Pub will be hosting the 20th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival, from 10am- 2am (Yes, you read that right!) so if you want to have good Irish food, green beer (and really good Irish beer!), music, and a night of what I’m sure will be raucous good fun, head that way! More info HERE!

Completely unrelated to St. Patrick’s Day- The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is back at Short Pump Town Center on Saturday from 10-6 with goodies and limited edition collectibles galore! More info HERE!
