We talk a lot about things that you want to make sure you take away, if you don’t want the buyers to have that item, whether it’s a chandelier, or a piece of shrubbery, or the tree you planted when your child was born. You want to get those things out of the picture out of the equation before buyers look at it so that they don’t get tempted and want those things and it feels like a negative when you remove them.
