A designation awarded to REALTORS® who have completed at least 90 hours of additional, specialized coursework. In Virginia, this program has been developed with the University of Virginia.

ABR– Accredited Buyer’s Representative

Additional coursework related specifically to working as a buyer’s agent.

EcoBroker® Certification—

An education and certification program for real estate professionals who care about the environment and want to promote energy efficient and green features in homes and buildings. For more information, visit www.ecobroker.com.

NAR Green Certification

A designation created by the National Association of Realtors that involves addition education for real estate professionals who care about the environment and want to promote energy efficient and green features in homes and buildings.

I have also obtained my Real Estate Broker’s License. This involves the most extensive and comprehensive of all of the study and licensing.
